Interior & exterior design can be billed by the project or decorating services can be billed as an hourly rate, depending on the scope of the work to be done. Services include furniture arrangement, selection of paint colors, consultation and recommendations of purchasing items, hanging art, updating your existing home or managing a full renovation/consultation on new construction.

Design services are $65 an hour plus a travel fee may be required beyond 30 miles radius from South Franklin, Tn.

Staging with a consultation is charged at an hourly rate of $65 (3 hour minimum) to rearrange furniture, identify architectural focal points to create a first impression. Southern Flair can provide staging props including artwork, lighting, bedding, pillows, dishes, and decorative accessories at an additional cost.

Twin beds start at $450-$950, depending on style & finishes

Barn Doors

Seven foot doors start at $450

Eight foot doors start at $650

Nine foot doors start at $750
